UBER= Floats like a butterfly- stings like a bee-
As fucked up as it is gettin attacked by an uber- duder- & I am in no way being insensitive to the criminal situation here, the fact of the matter is when shit like this happens >>
The person has no way to call them,, No way to get in touch with another Human being at the secret Uber Headquarters ...Being as Uber doesn't have a phone number for customers or drivers - one would have to e-mail a complaint to them at support@tuber.com.. or send them a text message and then wait for 3 days for them get back to you.
Lets assume that she gave the attacker a low rating>(a pretty fair assumption) uber stuper >loves that rating system...maybe then they would get back ,via e-mail of course ,within a few days thanking the attack--eee for the feed back and then deactivate the uber drivers
phone.--A quick note on that rating system> It work kike this..after your ride you must rate the driver from 1 to 5 . Now very few drivers deserve anything lower than a 4- maybe a 3. What makes this so silly and unfair is the driver has no way to defend himself even relay his side of the story(if there even is one)..Maybe the rider doesn't like your hat. Maybe they just have an attitude that day. Maybe they are prejudice. It could be any one of a million frivolous things that knock your rating down below Ubers acceptable levels. The result? Uber can and does deactivate your uberPhone..and for 2 or 3 days consider yourself suspended.In thier defense ,you the driver,gets a chance to rate your rider. Why is the world would I give a rider a bad rating? Expect for the college girl who puked in the back seat last week ,everyone gets a 5. .What would be the upside of giving a rider a bad rating?? - Yeah,there aint one. . They,re all just fine in my book..
Now back to an attack by an uber ghoul..Im sure they,re out there..but with all the info uber has on you ,,why you would attack someone thinking you could get anyway with it is just the thinking of someone who,s porch light has burned out long ago.
Hopefully the police or the CIA or the local chapter of skull and bones can get a hold of that mysterious phone number to knock the response time down a bit. I'm guessing here, but I figure it would be mucho expensive to incorporate some kind of customer service where one could get live feedback immediately
This company unfortunately is becoming very powerful as it by- passes the regulations that taxi/limo companies must abide by. It will continue to scam people into driving under the constant promise of 1000,s of dollars a week being a "partner"- (wait till the IPO comes out - lets see if they even offer thier "partners" a few precious shares of what is going to be a very hot stock.-
They will continue to grab more and more of the ride share population under the guise of safe drivers and cheaper rates. Sounds great- problem is no-one can promise you a safe ride -even with thier very flawed rating system & as far as savings..well maybe a bit,>,but catch a ride during their "surge pricing" times> which seem to come and go with no rhyme or reason and once again you'll be looking for that phone number - -uber the duppers->it fits indeed!!
